Ordering Procedure for GLP-1 Products:

1.  Determination of initial product and vial size to be prescribed:

  • The healthcare provider decides on the GLP-1 injectable products (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) to start with in terms of their weight loss program.
  • Also, the vial sizes and concentrations desired. Keeping in mind standard dosing guidelines.

2. Product Inquiry Submission:

3. License Verification (First Order Only):

  • Medical and/or NPI license is verified.

4. Invoice & Payment:

  • An invoice is issued. (Our pricing is all inclusive - including shipping costs).
  • Payment can be made via wire transfer, major credit card (with a 4% processing fee), or Zelle for small orders.

5. Order Submission & Procurement:

  • The order is submitted to our compounding pharmacy and procured.

6. Shipping:

  • The order is cold shipped to the practice.
  • Orders placed before 12 noon EST (Monday-Wednesday) are shipped the next day for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped within two days.
  • Orders placed on Thursday are shipped on Monday unless the practice/clinic is open on Saturday to take delivery.
